TESDA Concepcion Vocational School (TESDA-CVS) headed by the Vocational School Administrator Dr. Consolacion Talisik along with the CVS APACC Focal Mr. Rico Briones and the whole CVS learners and staff, proudly welcomed the Asia Pacific Accreditation and Certification Commission (APACC) Accreditation Team for the conduct of the on-site accreditation visit held on July 27–29, 2026.

The successful conduct of the accreditation visit was made even more meaningful through the steadfast support and guidance of TESDA Regional Director Atty. Balmyrson M. Valdez and TESDA Provincial Director Maria Andaya-Roque, whose commitment to advancing quality technical-vocational education and training continues to inspire and strengthen the institution’s pursuit of excellence.

The three-day activity included a comprehensive tour of the school’s facilities and the presentation of documentary evidence by the designated TESDA-CVS APACC chairpersons for each accreditation criterion. These activities highlighted the institution’s commitment to quality technical and vocational education, continuous improvement, and excellence in service delivery.

Leading the accreditation team was Prof. Dr. Govindarajan Kulanthaivel, Professor and Head of the National Institute of Technical Teachers Training and Research. He was joined by the member accreditors Dr. Angelica Baylon, MAAP Director for External Relations from the Maritime Academy of Asia and the Pacific, and Ms. Danilyn Amaro, Multimedia Artist from the Colombo Plan Staff College.

TESDA-CVS extends its sincere gratitude to the APACC Accreditation Team for their valuable insights, professionalism, and dedication throughout the evaluation process. We also commend the unwavering commitment and teamwork of our faculty, staff, and stakeholders whose collective efforts made this undertaking successful.

While waiting for the accreditation result, TESDA-CVS remains optimistic and looks forward to a favorable outcome while continuing its commitment to quality assurance and excellence in the delivery of technical-vocational education and training.
