On September 13, 2025, the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) Provincial Office, together with the TESDA Provincial Training Center and Concepcion Vocational School (CVS), successfully conducted the World Café of Opportunities (WCO) at Tarlac City.
The event served as a dynamic platform to bring together key stakeholders, including industry partners, government agencies, training institutions, and jobseekers, to explore and exchange opportunities for employment, skills development, and entrepreneurship. Through an engaging café-style dialogue, participants were able to share insights, establish networks, and create pathways for collaboration in advancing technical vocational education and training (TVET)
in the province.
Concepcion Vocational School proudly took part in the discussions, highlighting its commitment to providing quality training and strengthening linkages with industries to ensure that its graduates are equipped with competencies responsive to labor market demands. The activity emphasized TESDA’s mission to empower Filipino workers by connecting them with opportunities and fostering partnerships that pave the way for inclusive growth and sustainable development.
